Program:
Three 90-minute sessions await you every day at 09:00, 13:00 and 16:00. The focus is on mental, physical and emotional release. After each session, each participant will have time for themselves to let the experience resonate, and also allow time to reenergize for the next session by utilizing the spa, exercising in nature, or enjoying a herbal tea.
All methods have a holistic effect and help you to better manage stress-related emotions, let go of negative thoughts, stay calm in challenging moments, improve your sleep and quickly rebalance yourself.

How:
The sessions take place in a protected, darkened room, either lying down, sitting or moving. You will be guided by my voice, selected music and somatic techniques such as breathing, body movements and meditations aimed at releasing stress and blockages from your body. You will learn how to implement all of these techniques for yourself when experiencing acute and chronic stress situations.
Technique: Both intensive and gentle.
