Here at the Lüsnerhof you are invited to immerse yourself in a unique symbiosis of physical relaxation, invigoration and spiritual experience. Our philosophy is based on a deep understanding of the inseparable connection between body and mind. We offer a place for mental repose, regeneration and space to get to know your deepest desires. Our range of physical, meditative practices in the midst of beautiful nature, supports you to reconnect with yourself and your own body. A journey to holistic well-being. 

 

4 ELEMENTS POWER SPOT

On the spacious wooden terrace of the 4 Elements Power Spot, we practice yoga, Qi Gong, and other meditative as well as physical practices during the summer. It's a truly special place to find peace and strength, as here the four alpine primal elements converge. Amidst secluded nature and the crisp mountain air, we immerse ourselves in a sense of present connection and unity.

THE YURT: OUR SAFE SPACE

The cosy yurt is located above the BadehausSpa. Like a protective cocoon, it offers space for healing and invigorating practices such as yoga, Qi Gong and meditation. A room full of trust and security, with plenty of space to be and unfold. Spacious and bright and at the same time cosy and secluded. Heated in winter, the yurt can be used all year round.

*besides of the regular programme, the yurt is available for private practices. 

 

OUR NATURELLNESS® YOGA PROGRAMM

For every level and need

‘Since we were young, both of us sisters, Sofia and Elisabeth, have been fascinated by the power of movement (asana) in combination with breathing (pranayama). For us, yoga is much more than just a physical activity. It is a way of life, a source of inspiration and inner renewal. We want to share our enthusiasm for the practice with other people and experience together the special feeling of physical strength and inner balance, as well as a calm and clear mind.’

The naturellness® yoga program arises from the following yoga styles:

 

 

GENTLE HATHA

Hatha yoga, derived from Sanskrit, combines the ‘ha’ (sun, strength) and ‘tha’ (moon, stillness), which refers to the union of opposing forces. In our Hatha classes, we particular emphasis on the mindful, conscious execution of the postures. This practice creates a feeling of lightness and freedom, while allowing you to explore the depths of the movements with curiosity. 

  • Suitable for: Beginners, or advanced deepening the practice
  • Promotes: Flexibility and balance 
ENERGIZING VINYASA

In this yoga class, the fire element brings us into our full power. You can expect a dynamic, flowing vinyasa sequence that activates your inner fire and strengthens your body and mind by synchronised breathing. With every asana and every breath, body, mind and soul connect tangibly. A practice that allows us to uncover and discover our limitless potential. 

All yoga flows in our program are based on the Vinyasa yoga practice.

  • Promotes: Strength, balance and confidence
GROUNDING YIN

This grounding yoga practice is designed to nourish the fascial system and promotes physical and energetic harmony in the body. In this gentle practice, we find peace, serenity and softness in the fascial network and meridians of the body as we surrender to the flow of life with a smooth ease. In Yin Yoga, the asanas are held for for longer and are mainly performed in a lying or seated position. 

  • Suitable for: all levels
  • Promotes: Deep relaxation, inner peace, flexibility and softness

Our offer to connect your body and mind

The physical and spiritual connection between body and mind creates peace and tranquillity within us. With the Mindfulness program a wide range of practices are offered and invites you to let go completely and find your inner balance. We consciously take time and create space to arrive at ourselves. 

QI GONG

Qi Gong is a millennia-old Far Eastern discipline in which meditation, concentration and movement flow together into a harmonious navigating the Qi, the life energy in the body. Slow, steady and flowing-dynamic movements,Qi Gong strengthens the body, makes it more flexible and releases energy blockages while the flow of energy through the meridians is increased. 

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®

Most of our daily thoughts are stuck in deadlock patterns and characterised by experiences from the past. PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® helps to question existing thought structures in order to open up for new possibilities. The breathing practice accompanied by electronic beats influences the frequency range of the brain waves from beta to alpha. An escape from usual thinking and an immersion into a deeply meditative but also highly creative state of awareness. A breathing practice for extraordinary experiences of consciousness.

MEDITATIONS

Pressing pause for a moment and calming down, meditating helps us to create a sense of inner peace and well-being. With experienced teachers, we have developed a range of guided meditative practices. We enrich the meditations with the vibrations of sound meditation, or allow our being to be transformed by the silver quartzite incense meditation with South Tyrolean Lörget resins, mountain juniper and larch wood shavings. The dream journey stimulates the imagination and creates new space for inner growth. The Venus and Mars meditation leads us back to our feminine and masculine primal power. In the evening, when we review the day, the sleep meditation releases physical tension and calms our thoughts.  

 

RECONNECTIVE HEALING

Reconnective Healing is a wonderful ritual of energy healing where energetic vibrations are noticeably triggered by the therapist. During a session, new information will be absorbed into cells and DNA, which stimulates the self-healing and regeneration process on all levels. Reconnective Healing helps you to utilise the higher vibrations for your own well-being. On request.  

REATREATS AT LÜSNERHOF

Throughout the year various retreats take place at the Lüsnerhof, offering a holistic experience for body, mind and soul. A time-out in nature and in the mountains with a wide range of activities, including yoga, breathwork, meditation, coaching and shamanic practices. The connection with the self is sustainably strengthened and energy flows are balanced.
