This retreat is centered around the theme of slowing down in summer—offering participants space to nourish themselves before stepping into new intentions in autumn. Through a combination of sound healing, movement, and nature immersion, we aim to create a sanctuary of rest, reflection, and renewal.(in lingua inglese)


Daily Schedule Overview

  1. Mornings: Awakening with intention-setting, sound baths, and Kundalini yoga to energize the body and mind.
  2. Midday: A blend of quiet reflection, nature hikes, or midday sound healing sessions in nature or in the shala to deepen self-connection.
  3. Evenings: A restorative space with guided journaling, long-form sound healings, and visualization practices to marinate in the experience and embrace inner clarity.


Thursday – Arrival & Grounding

Theme: Arriving, settling in, and opening to the retreat’s energy.

  1. 15:00 – 17:00 | Arrival & Check-in – Settle in, explore surroundings.
  2. 17:30 – 18:30 | Opening Circle & Intention Setting – Meditation, welcome ritual, and short sound bath/ movement practice.
  3. 19:00 – 20:00 | Nourishing Dinner
  4. 20:30 – 21:30 | Deep Sound Bath & Visualization – Release travel stress, set the foundation for the weekend.

Friday – Awakening & Alignment

Theme: Energizing the body, mind, and spirit while creating space for clarity.

  1. 08:00 – 09:30 | Morning Sound Bath & Kundalini Yoga – Awakening breathwork, movement, and sound healing.
  2. 09:30 – 12:30 | Breakfast & Free Time – Journaling, nature walks, or quiet self-reflection.
  3. 12:30 – 14:00 | Midday Sound Bath & Reflection – Gentle sound session followed by guided journaling.
  4. 14:00 – 17:00 | Lunch & Open Space – Rest, swim, or explore the surroundings at your own pace.
