This retreat is centered around the theme of slowing down in summer—offering participants space to nourish themselves before stepping into new intentions in autumn. Through a combination of sound healing, movement, and nature immersion, we aim to create a sanctuary of rest, reflection, and renewal.
Daily Schedule Overview
- Mornings: Awakening with intention-setting, sound baths, and Kundalini yoga to energize the body and mind.
- Midday: A blend of quiet reflection, nature hikes, or midday sound healing sessions in nature or in the shala to deepen self-connection.
- Evenings: A restorative space with guided journaling, long-form sound healings, and visualization practices to marinate in the experience and embrace inner clarity.
Thursday – Arrival & Grounding
Theme: Arriving, settling in, and opening to the retreat’s energy.

- 17:30 – 18:30 | Opening Circle & Intention Setting – Meditation, welcome ritual, and short sound bath/ movement practice.
